Staff Updates

Russell Archambault has recently joined the CCIM Institute - Washington, DC Chapter, a professional membership organization representing the nation's commercial investment managers. Russell is pursuing his CCIM designation and should complete the program requirements in 2009.

Kyle Talente has also recently completed a CCIM course in real estate financial analysis and will be taking another course in the Fall dealing with real estate market analysis. Kyle also celebrated his 10th anniversary with RKG Associates in September and is now a Principal with the firm.

David Gray has recently joined RKG Associates, Inc. from Strategy Planning Associates, an urban planning and real estate development consulting firm located in Schaumburg, Il. David has recently moved to Alexandria from DesPlaines, IL with his wife Sarah, and their two children.

David H. Gray, Market Analyst/Planner

David Gray relocated from Chicago to Alexandria to join RKG Associates in 2008. Since his arrival, he has provided his financial and market expertise to a variety of projects, including the feasibility analysis of downtown redevelopment efforts in Trenton, New Jersey and Alexandria, Louisiana, and the economic impact of state highway improvements adjacent to Dulles International Airport. His past work experience includes real estate development and entitlement services and real estate market research. During this time, David managed the design of a 70 acre mixed use development in Denver, Colorado, performed the feasibility study for a $50 million transit oriented development, and provided the risk analysis for a public-private venture into a 135 unit senior housing deal.

David and his wife have two children and enjoy spending time outdoors.
