The City of Tucker was incorporated in 2016, and needed to complete its first ever Master Plan.  RKG Associates was part of a large consulting team that engaged business leaders, elected officials, and residents to create a vision for the young City.  RKG Associates was charged with preparing the economic development and housing analyses, crafting a number of implementation strategies related to land use and real estate investment. The team provided substantial support to the City staff and elected leadership during the process, as they worked to build a greater understanding of the relationship between policy, land use, and fiscal sustainability.
