Thought Leader: Senior Project Manager – Mid-Level
RKG Associates seeks new team members for our Boston, MA and Alexandria, VA offices who have a passion for understanding and communicating the connections between economics, real estate, and planning, and how those effect the communities we work in. Our work spans both the public and private sector and involves a combination of intensive data research and analysis, written and graphic communication, client interaction, and a focus on practical near-term solutions for our clients. As a leading national consulting firm, we work throughout the United States with clients ranging from small towns to major metropolitan cities, regions and states to private developers and property owners.
We seek a project manager with a strong technical background in data research and analytics who can translate and communicate information effectively to a wide range of audiences. The ideal applicant is organized, innovative and creative, and enjoys working closely with a small team. We are looking for project managers who can take ownership of projects, complete work products, maintain effective communication with clients and staff, and delegate tasks as needed.
Specifically, we are seeking candidates with 5-7 years of experience in urban and regional planning, economic development, and housing with a focus on and passion for economic development, market analytics, planning, and development feasibility. The applicants must have excellent writing skills and experience using ArcGIS is considered a plus.
