For those of us who have been too silent in the face of social injustice in the past, and would like to see positive change come to our country, we challenge ourselves, our clients, teaming partners and associates to be part of the positive change they would like to see in the future.  Over the past 40 years, RKG Associates has had the great pleasure of serving the revitalization needs of dozens of inner-city neighborhoods where the residents simply desired a better place to live, work and raise their families.

As principals at RKG, we believe we can and should do more and are committed to investing more of ourselves into those communities that have experienced redlining, economic disinvestment, and struggle to gain access to living wage jobs and skills training. We pledge to give our time, expertise, and money in support of the hard work of nonprofit organizations that are fighting for social justice and striving for more equitable communities. We will encourage our employees and associate firms to find ways to contribute to this effort and to do what they can. And while we understand the efforts of one small firm is like a drop of water in a vast ocean, we are hopeful that our efforts will ripple positive results. We would like to encourage others to do what they can to heal our country and help balance the scales of social justice for people of color, the LBGTQ community and all others who desire fair access to the full rights, opportunities and generational progress that our Country can offer.
